Lobo e Falcão Branco is a light- to medium-bodied white wine with aromas of ripe peach, melon, orange blossom and a hint of spice. Expect more of the same on the palate, with a long refreshing finish.

Flor de San Martín is a medium-bodied white wine with inviting aromas of white jasmine and honeysuckle blossom, green pear and apple notes, plus and an intriguing minerality. The palate is lush but balanced by a zippy, citrus-peel/green fruit intensity.

Shellfish (esp. lobster), tuna steak, pasta with creamy sauces, veal, pork, soft/pungent cheeses.

Altestelle Spumante is a dry sparkling white wine with ripe apple, pear, lemon and subtle acacia aromas and flavors. The palate offers delicate bubbles, wonderful freshness and a lengthy, elegant finish.
