w/o Nero d'Avola Rosato 2024


Flavor Profile
Named with/out, w/o Nero d'Avola Rosato is a refreshing, grapefruit-accented Sicilian rosé born from the belief that you should be able to enjoy great wine knowing it’s been crafted sustainably: 100% enjoyment, without compromise.
The man behind it is third-generation winemaker Dino Taschetta, who makes some of our favorite Sicilian wines from his grandfather’s old vineyard. The site was devastated by an earthquake some 50 years ago, but Dino’s efforts have slowly brought it back to life.
The undertaking has endowed him with a deep respect for nature that he now carries throughout his production, whether or not working with fruit from that vineyard. It was certainly the impetus behind his w/o mini-collection (which also includes a white and a red).
Lovely, light and crisp with flavors of raspberry, peach and delicate minerals, this one was made from organically grown Nero d'Avola and is completely vegan. It was also sealed with sustainably grown cork and packaged in eco-friendly Wild Glass, which has minimal labeling, so the bottle is easy to recycle.
It’s a true treat on its own and versatile enough to match a wide range of foods all year long.
