¡Hola! Barcelona Cava Brut Rosé is crafted by top Spanish winemaker Joan Soler in Penedès, the heart of Spain’s Cava region. Made using the same traditional method as Champagne, it’s elegant and expressive, with bright red fruit and fine bubbles.

Imagine this: layers of ripe red fruit and zesty citrus unfurling from a pale pink sparkle, made via the same traditional method as Champagne, but way easier on the wallet. That’s exactly what you get with ¡Hola! Barcelona Cava Brut Rosé, a vibrant Spanish fizz that’s as joyful to drink as it is to pop, pour and admire. 

The sparkling gem hails from the heart of top-quality Cava—the Penedès region, just outside Barcelona. Here, the sunny Mediterranean climate and high-altitude vineyards create the perfect conditions for growing vibrant grapes that maintain freshness and concentrated flavors. 

It’s crafted by Joan Soler, one of the area’s most talented winemakers, who blends handpicked Macabeo and Parellada with a splash of Pinot to create a delicate pink hue and red berry character. He then treats the wine like fine Champagne, aging it on its lees for 12 long months. The resulting wine bursts with fresh strawberry and raspberry, with crisp acidity and fine bubbles. 

 Superb to sip on its own, it’s also great when paired with grilled chicken, paella or seafood dishes—overall, incredibly thirst quenching and oh-so-sippable. Limited cases imported, so order soon if you’d like some.
