It’s crafted by one of Jean-Charles' most talented winemakers, Katie Carter, who is a Sonoma native with 20 years of winemaking experience in the region.
This wine is classic Sonoma Chardonnay. Katie aged it on its lees for 12 months in French oak barrels, a special technique that imparted the delectably creamy texture, along with notes of vanilla oak and toasted hazelnut. That richness is balanced by the wine’s vibrant acidity and ripe, tropical-fruit flavors that echo across the palate.
