Chenin Blanc is South Africa’s star white grape – and this fresh release from Stellenrust is a delicious example of the wines it can produce. It was crafted in the premium Stellenbosch region – often called South Africa’s answer to Napa Valley. According to Master of Wine Tim Atkin, “Stellenbosch consistently produces the greatest number of the Cape’s finest wines.”

They went on to rate a previous release of this gem 91 points, as did The Wine Advocate, who wrote: “plenty of white peach and tangerine notes on the nose, upfront and bold, and there is nothing wrong with that. The palate is fresh on the entry with crisp acidity, lively with lemon thyme notes infusing the citrus fruit. It sports good body and depth on the finish – a very delicious Chenin Blanc … what a bargain!”
