Beyond the Label

Rosé is one of our most in-demand wine styles, so we’re always on the lookout for exciting pinks to share with you. Enter Farinelli Rosato, an exclusive find the acclaimed Farinelli estate, that bursts with crisp and creamy red-berry flavors.

Owned by Federica d’Amato and Pasquale Caldora, Farinelli lies along the Adriatic coast in central Italy’s Abruzzo region. There, the vineyards benefit from a rugged, mountainous terrain, sunny days and cooling sea breezes—all of which conspire to produce distinctive, ripe and fresh fruit.

Montepulciano (Abruzzo’s star red) and Merlot were the grapes of choice for this elegant rosato, which pours a dazzling shade of deep pink. Wafting ripe strawberry and forest fruit aromas, its palate is fresh and crisp, red fruit flavors and a long, vibrant finish. It’s a lovely aperitivo or a tasty match for white-sauced pastas, spicy Asian cuisine, soft cheeses and more.

Our rosé wines almost always sell out quickly, and this fine Italian pink is sure to be a popular pick. Order now to avoid missing out.
