Hand-harvested, super-concentrated Grenache and Carignan from extremely old vines (aka the ‘vieilles vignes,’ which are between 60 and 100 years of age). Hervé used his extensive knowledge of the local vineyards to select just the right grapes from the best sites—and his diligence really paid off, as you’ll taste.
